WOD
Army Crawl/Bear Crawls (under and over obstacles) x 2 laps of the room
Clean and Jerk x 10
x 3 rounds.
Practice
Cartwheels
Handstand / Handstand Push Up Attempts
Jumping over stack of Ab Mats (how many can you jump over without crashing the ab mats)
Bear crawls - upside down (facing the sky - back towards the ground).
Wallabies (start in push up position - raise hands and feet off ground simultaneously, 3 times, rest).
Team Drill
Fireteam Push ups.
